Biography
Alex is an active award-winning pianist and chamber musician. In 2020, she graduated with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she studied postgraduate collaborative piano with James Baillieu and Christopher Glynn.

Alex won various awards and prizes at the Royal Academy of Music, including the Marjorie Thomas Art of Song award, the Nielsen Prize for French Song and highly commended in the Gerhardt award for Lieder.
​She was a finalist in the Richard Lewis competition in 2020 and was the grateful recipient of funding from the Richard Lewis Trust. At graduation she was given the Arthur Hervey Award.

Alex is based in London and enjoys a varied performing and teaching career. Alex previously worked as Head of Keyboard at King Edward VI School in Southampton and currently teaches at a prestigious Prep School in West London.
